As of 27 December 2014 I will be letting my CQC registration lapse, after which I will not be providing detox services.

Between now and then, I will be providing a more limited range of services:

Usually 10 to 20 minutes. Ring anytime, no need to book.

Short Home Alcohol Detoxification & Aftercare

3 Month Programme

This fee is if you can visit me for an assessment in Exeter, with follow-up by phone or Skype

Assessment & Planning Appointment (up to 2 hours)

Extra Sessions or 'Pay as You Go' rates

Multiple sessions booked will be charged at discounted rates if paid for in advance - please ask for details

Extra sessions bought in to add to an existing detox programme will also be discounted

If you want me to visit you at home, add travel expenses.

Flexibility

All detox programmes are customised based on your particular circumstances, which may, rarely, affect the cost. I can discuss this either over the phone or at assessment.

I give each client a quote, with details of exact programme details, following telephone or face-to-face assessment.



VAT

VAT is not payable on any fees.


Private Prescriptions

Cost of issuing prescriptions is included. There will be a small charge (usually about £5) for dispensing the prescription payable to the Pharmacy you go to.


Terms

Assessment: payment on the day.

Follow-up / stand alone sessions: payment on the day or by invoice.

Detoxification Programmes: whole fee payable in advance

Cancellation: whole fee payable unless at least 48 hours notice given. (Plus any additional expenses accrued eg travel, accommodation, room booking fees).

Payment is by cheque, cash, or bank transfer.

I reserve the right not to see you, or to terminate an interview, if you are intoxicated or otherwise unable to co-operate sensibly. If I am seeing you because you are physically dependent on alcohol, then you should drink enough to manage your withdrawals, but not so much that you are impossible to talk to. Otherwise, please do not attend appointments under the influence of alcohol.
